EVRi No Show Deliveries Are Enough!!

swear, it's like Evri delivery services these days are just playing a game of hide-and-seek with my packages. I place an order, eagerly waiting for it to arrive, and what do I get? A bunch of no-shows and excuses. I got a message saying my delivery would be at my door in just 30 minutes. When the time came, they couldn't find my address, had to go through the hassle of rescheduling, thinking, "Okay, maybe they just had a bad day." But nope, today I get another message saying they're gonna send my package back to the sender because of an "incorrect address." How did you deliver the previous packages then?? I hate to see your name on the screen when I order something.
