I rented a car from Europcar at Antalya Airport from September 26 to October 6, 2024. On the very first day, the car displayed an AdBlue warning. I tried calling the branch multiple times, but no one answered. I then contacted the main office, and they told me to purchase AdBlue, keep the receipt, and I would be refunded. I ended up paying ₺400 for the AdBlue. When I returned the car and went to the office in the domestic terminal for my refund, they refused to reimburse me. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of concern for their customers. I expect Europcar to honor their promise and refund the AdBlue cost immediately.
