My Etsy Order Lost & Support Emails Ignored

I wanted to write and tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am that my Etsy order (RR305749201TR) from Germany over a year ago just vanished. I have not received a good response or resolution from Etsy support, and the delivery is still missing, despite my continuous attempts to contact them.

Having had good experiences with previous Etsy orders, this is not going to be my first one. But I am so furious and powerless because of this recent occurrence. It appears that my order was lost and there was a complete lack of contact.

I respectfully ask that this matter be resolved without delay. It is my expectation that you will quickly find my lost order (RR305749201TR) and get it sent out.
