My Etsy order hasn't shipped in a month! How worried should I be?

If your Etsy order hasn't arrived in a month, there are a few causes that could be to blame:

• Look at how long the seller says it will take to process the payment, which is usually between 3 and 5 days.
• Some shops make things just for you, which takes longer to process. Many sellers prefer made-to-order so they don't have to keep extra stock on hand.
