My Etsy item never arrived! What steps can I take?

You can ask for help and maybe get a refund if your Etsy item never arrived by following these steps:

• Talk to the Seller: When you're logged in to your Etsy account, go to Your account > Purchases and Reviews. Pick out the order that still hasn't arrived, then click on "Help with Order." Choose an answer to "What do you need help with?" and write a message to the seller explaining what's wrong. You can also add pictures if needed. After that, send the ask for help.

• Open a Case with Etsy: If the seller can't help you or doesn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, you can take the problem to the next level by opening a case with Etsy. For help with an order on Etsy, go to Your account > Purchases and reviews, pick out the order, and click on Help with Order. Select the right answer and describe the issue. Send the ask for help.

• Etsy's Purchase Protection Program: For orders that qualify, Etsy has a Purchase Protection program. If your eligible order doesn't come, arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, you can get your money back in full. Make sure your case meets the requirements, and Etsy will help you solve the problem and get your money back. If you checked out as a guest because you don't have an Etsy account.
