I Face Non-Delivery Issue with Shein Order and Request Urgent Refund or Reshipment
I placed an order with Shein (Order No: GSO1C459B002QR2), expecting delivery within the stated time frame. However, the package never arrived, and when I checked the tracking details, it still showed as undelivered with no further status updates.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I ordered the item with the expectation that it would arrive on time. I have not received any proactive communication or explanation from Shein regarding the delay, which only adds to my frustration.
I am requesting that Shein either reship the order immediately or issue a full refund for the total amount I paid. I expect a prompt and clear response so that this issue can be resolved without further delay. My patience is running out, and I want Shein to take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
