My Shein Order Not Received or Refunded After 4 Months
I placed an order with Shein four months ago, expecting it to arrive within a reasonable time frame. However, despite the long wait, I have neither received my order nor been issued a refund. This situation is increasingly frustrating, as I have already paid for the items and have the receipt as proof of my purchase.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to Shein’s customer service through their website. Unfortunately, I encountered significant communication barriers. It seems that the representatives are not fluent in my language, which forces me to rely on translation tools to explain my situation. Even with these efforts, my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and I feel stuck without a clear resolution in sight.
I urgently request assistance in resolving this matter. I have waited far too long without any update on my order, and I am now seeking either the immediate delivery of the items I purchased or a full refund. Please take this complaint seriously, as I have exhausted all other means of communication without success. Your prompt response and action would be greatly appreciated.
