eBay Seller MIA, No Response, Platform Unhelpful

I'm contacting you to express my frustration regarding a recent purchase I made on eBay. Regrettably, it appears that I am unable to contact the seller whatsoever. I've been trying to reach out to them, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck. It's really frustrating and I'm not sure what steps to take next.
Adding insult to injury, the support team at eBay has been of no use in resolving my issue. Their failure to respond has only intensified my irritation.
I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I would prefer to contact the seller and have a conversation about the situation. If it's not feasible, I would be grateful for eBay's help in resolving the matter or facilitating a return/refund if needed.
