We trusted the reviews and ETS’s recommendation when booking Q Aventura Park Hotel. However, our experience turned out to be, at best, a total fiasco. From the very moment we checked in, a chain of problems began, and it never stopped throughout our stay. Negative Aspects Room Disaster: The room we were given had a broken bed, a non-functioning air conditioner, faulty bathroom lighting, a lack of sockets, and no refrigerator. In 38°C heat, we were expected to stay in a room without air conditioning. Disrespectful Receptionist (S***): When we reported our complaints, the receptionist, S***, replied with shocking rudeness: “just manage for one day,” “you only talk about bad things, we gave another guest a room with a balcony.” He even mocked us, saying, “I’ll give you an extension cord, don’t worry about the socket.” Such behavior toward guests is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. ETS Representative (A***): Our only contact from ETS was a representative named A***. Instead of assisting, she behaved frivolously, unseriously, and avoided responsibility. She only listened but never stood by us in solving any problem. This indifference from ETS completely destroyed our trust in the brand. Hygiene Issues: In common areas, there was a constant sewage smell, dirty toilets, insects, and an overall lack of proper cleaning. Food and Beverages: Despite being advertised as “ultra all-inclusive,” the food was monotonous and low quality. Desserts were nothing more than endless cake–jelly combinations. Drinks were diluted, tasteless, and limited. The so-called “tea time” consisted only of biscuits and breadsticks. In a dining hall for 400–500 people, there was just one toaster, forcing guests to wait in long queues. This clearly shows a complete failure in capacity management. Pools and Aquapark: The pools were small, with an insufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas. The so-called aquapark was tiny, neglected, and even posed safety risks. Infrastructure Problems: TV channels did not work, and the internet connection was practically non-existent. Activities and Entertainment: Children’s activities were basic and useless, while adult events were either not held at all or done carelessly. The DJ was uninterested, and the music was random. General Atmosphere: Guests were constantly pressured to buy extras, all prices were in Euro/Dollar, and most products were either low quality or defective. The environment felt more like a bazaar than a holiday resort.
