Agoda Reservation Payment Confusion for Jiva Beach Hotel

the hotel says they can't find any record of the payment I made for the reservation, because they haven't been clear and consistent in how they've been talking to me, I'm very worried and don't know what's going on with my ticket. After I paid the first part of my reservation fee, I called the hotel to confirm the information and make sure everything was in order. Disappointingly, I was told that my ticket could not be found in their system, can't be, it's not in my account, I had done everything I needed to do and paid for my reservation. I thought everything would go smoothly and my ticket would be confirmed. I got to talk to Ms. As*** from the ticket unit as I tried to figure out how to solve this problem. But even though we talked about it, I haven't gotten any reassurance or proof about my reservation. This constant lack of information is just stress, don't know if my reservation will be respected or if I need to make other plans, my only choice is to wait for the sign coming from the Heavens...
