I Was Charged Twice for $1,909.20 Etihad Airways Tickets, My Credit Limit Was Exceeded

I purchased two flight tickets on the Etihad Airways website for $1,909.20 (₺75,344.35) using my credit card. The transaction was made around midnight. However, my card was charged twice—once $954.60 (₺37,792.20) and again the same amount—separately for each ticket. Despite having no available credit limit, my bank allowed the double charge, causing my credit limit to be exceeded and resulting in a negative balance on my card. Etihad Airways claims the issue is with my bank, while my bank insists the problem originated from Etihad. Both parties refuse to take responsibility. I am extremely frustrated and demand someone to step in and resolve this immediately.
