Etihad Airways customers who have been charged twice for the same reservation need to call Etihad's Global Contact Centre at +971 600 555 666 and give them their booking number and payment information. If you need help right away, you can also use their live chat service (https://www.etihad.com/en/help).

If you made the reservation through an agent or third-party website, it’s best to contact them directly, as they may need to coordinate with Etihad on your behalf.

If talking to the person directly doesn't get you a quick answer, you might want to file a dispute with your credit card company.

Keep thorough records of all the conversations you have with Etihad and your bank during this process. This paperwork will be very helpful if more needs to be done to fix the problem.
