Etihad Airways Flight Delay Forced Me to Reschedule; Compensation Never Arrived
I recently experienced a frustrating situation with Etihad Airways. Due to a delayed flight, I had to completely rearrange my travel plans. As a result, I was entitled to compensation. However, when the payment was sent to my bank account, the airline made a mistake by either omitting or misspelling my last name. This caused the payment to be returned to Etihad. I immediately requested that the payment be sent again with the correct details, but despite my efforts over the past month and a half, nothing has been resolved. I’ve received no response to my emails, and my attempts to contact them through other channels have been ignored as well. Etihad’s lack of responsibility and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. As a consumer, I am left feeling completely ignored and powerless. I demand immediate resolution of this issue and a prompt reissue of my compensation.
