Etihad Name Correction Request Ignored — Duplicate Passenger on Booking

We purchased four round-trip flight tickets directly from Etihad Airways’ official website for Istanbul–Abu Dhabi on November 1, 2025 (departure) and November 9, 2025 (return). However, two tickets were issued under the same passenger name (M* A***)**, and the airline is refusing to correct the name error.
Our reservation number is 9UNVWL.
We have already tried contacting Etihad through online chat, their website’s reservation change section, and by phone, but received no response or assistance. We paid a total of 1,045 AED, and with less than 14 hours left before our flight, we are experiencing serious inconvenience. This is our first time encountering such an issue, and our tickets are neither flexible nor changeable.
We urgently request a name correction on the affected ticket or an alternative solution to resolve this problem. Immediate action and a prompt response are needed to prevent further loss.
