We purchased four round-trip flight tickets directly from Etihad Airways’ official website for Istanbul–Abu Dhabi on November 1, 2025 (departure) and November 9, 2025 (return). However, two tickets were issued under the same passenger name (M* A***)**, and the airline is refusing to correct the name error.

We paid a total of 1,045 AED, and with less than 14 hours left before our flight, we are experiencing serious inconvenience.
