I Was Charged Twice for One Etihad Airways Flight Booking

I purchased two flight tickets for myself and a companion from the Etihad Airways website using my credit card. However, 1-2 days later, I noticed a second charge of ₺75,356.97 on my statement. I only completed the purchase once, yet the amount was withdrawn twice from my account. When I contacted Etihad Airways, they told me to speak with my bank. My bank, İş Bankası, responded that the issue is on Etihad’s end and advised me to resolve it with them. They said the only option they can offer is to cancel my card. How can a charge of ₺75,356.97 be processed twice without my knowledge or consent? I am filing complaints against both Etihad Airways and İş Bankası and demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge.
