Etihad Airways Charged My Credit Card Twice for Flight Tickets
I purchased round-trip tickets for two adults and one child from Istanbul to Melbourne with a layover in Abu Dhabi via Etihad Airways. However, my credit card was charged twice for the transaction. Despite multiple attempts to contact Etihad through their official channels, I’ve received no resolution.
Each time I called their customer service, they insisted that only one payment was processed. When I requested a document to clarify this for my bank, they refused to provide it. I even obtained payment reference numbers from my bank to confirm the duplicate charges, but Etihad representatives ignored this information. Instead, they repeatedly told me to deal with my bank.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge and proper support from Etihad Airways to resolve this issue.
