Estetica appears to be entirely profit-driven, resembling more of a money-focused establishment than a healthcare facility. Nine months ago, I underwent a breast lift, breast implant, and tummy tuck surgery performed by Dr. İ****** M**** E****. During our initial consultation, I clearly expressed my preferences, specifically stating that I disliked large breasts and wanted 300cc implants. However, during the surgery, 400cc implants were used. When I raised this issue, I was told, "I deemed it suitable during the surgery." The explanation given was that "100cc would be absorbed by the muscle, leaving 300cc," but the doctor ignored my wishes.
My stitches are uneven, unesthetic, and my breasts, despite the lift and implants, are saggy and shift towards my armpits when lying down. When I expressed my discomfort with this, my concerns were dismissed. The tummy tuck stitches are also uneven, and I have excess skin on the right side of my waist, resulting in a noticeable bulge. My once slender waist with curves has become straight and shapeless. For the bulge, they suggested placing something hard and wrapping it, and using a corset for three months. When I pointed out their mistakes to the doctor, I was told it wouldn't be corrected during the next appointment. I was promised that the doctor would address it in a subsequent visit, but this never happened, even after five attempts.
Upon discharge, Dr. İ****** stated he would review the case during surgery, but he did not. When I discussed this with management, Ms. S**** assured me she would follow up, yet no one contacted me. I was referred to another doctor who dismissed my complaints. However, another hospital's evaluation revealed that my breasts were uneven and sagging, requiring revision surgery. The tummy tuck also needed a partial redo. After eight months at Estetica, I was given an appointment for April 8, 2024, but was never contacted. When we followed up, we were told they wouldn't see us because we had filed a complaint with the 184 hotline.
It's been almost a year, and I no longer trust Estetica for a revision surgery. I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent and have already filed a complaint with CİMER. I believe that human health should not be treated so cheaply.
