I’m bringing this to the public now, but I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Estetik International since 2022, without success. I paid €2,000 in advance for a surgery that I couldn’t undergo due to serious health issues, which I proved with medical documents. Instead of helping me, the clinic’s sales team kept trying to convince me to change my mind and pay even more for a new surgery each time I contacted them. According to their own policy, I was entitled to a partial refund of €1,600, but I was emotionally pressured to accept only €1,200, just to close the matter. And even then, they never paid me anything. They never give an official answer about the refund. They ignore emails, and if you’re not looking to buy a new surgery, they simply don’t care. They only want your money — whether it’s little or a lot. They don’t care about your health, your problems, or any damage they’ve caused. After trying for years to resolve this respectfully, I feel I have no other choice than to speak up publicly. I have all the documents to prove my case and I just want justice.
