I originally visited this clinic for Botox, but I was pressured into getting chin filler and additional treatments I didn’t plan for. The result? A horribly uneven chin that looked like a beard and was visibly asymmetrical, shifting towards the left. A few weeks later, I went back and explained that I was unhappy with the unnatural, bulky look and asked them to fix it. They called me in for a follow-up, where a different doctor painfully massaged my chin, trying to push the misplaced filler into position. While it looked slightly better, it was still too big for my face, and I asked if dissolving it would be a better option. Instead of agreeing, they assured me it would “look more natural over time.” I waited months, hoping for improvement, but nothing changed.
Eventually, I had to pay out of pocket to get it dissolved elsewhere. It is unethical to sell unnecessary treatments, make a client feel pressured, and then leave them with a botched result. This clinic should learn from ethical professionals who recommend only what is truly necessary.
After posting my initial review, they called me multiple times, saying they were afraid their bosses would be upset and even offered a refund to remove my review. Now they have the nerve to claim that I waited “months” to complain—of course I did! I was waiting for the results to settle, as they instructed me to do. My uploaded photos are from January, and they asked me to come back for another round of fillers, which I refused. Is that why they wrote such a dismissive, misleading response?
This is psychological manipulation and unprofessional behavior. I hope my review helps others avoid making the same mistake. If this clinic truly wants to fix its reputation, it should start by being honest and prioritizing patient satisfaction over profit.
