Skywell ET5 Repair Delayed Over Two Months Due to Missing Part

On November 21, 2025, I applied to Samsun Demir Oto with my Skywell ET5 vehicle for a very simple body panel replacement. Despite more than two months passing, I have continuously been told that “the part has not arrived,” and every time I request clarification, I receive the same response without any real progress.
My vehicle is currently in my possession, but I am forced to drive it in poor condition because the body panel has not been replaced. Due to the damage, the car is taking on water, which raises serious concerns for both safety and potential additional damage to the vehicle. Even though I clearly explained that I recently underwent surgery and am going through a sensitive recovery process, no solution has been offered and my situation has not been taken into consideration.
I request that the part procurement and repair process be clearly scheduled and that my vehicle be properly repaired as soon as possible. I also demand appropriate compensation for the hardship and inconvenience I have experienced so far.

Sometimes our customers receive a parts quotation solely for informational purposes, as the decision to proceed with the repair is theirs to make. At all of our authorized service centers, damage files and work orders for vehicles under service are created, and associated parts orders are entered into our DMS system for urgent procurement, to accelerate the repair and to ensure the vehicles are delivered to you promptly.
