Epson L565 Printer Waste Ink Pad and Mainboard Replacement Costs Problem

My Epson L565 printer's waste ink pad is full. I took it to the authorized service Tecpro, where they informed me that the USB port had been left closed, which necessitated a mainboard replacement. They quoted me approximately ₺4,000 for both the waste ink pad and the mainboard, even though the mainboard was not defective (we have never used or toggled the USB).
I purchased the printer four years ago and have used it without issues until now, having received support from Tecpro during the initial setup. Since then, I have used it healthily without any problems. I believe that Epson Turkey should cover the costs for the mainboard replacement, especially since the mainboard is not faulty. The USB locking issue seems to stem from a technical manufacturing defect, and I request that Epson Turkey bear these costs without charging me.
Otherwise, this reliable device will end up in the trash. Furthermore, this issue is not due to user error in any way.
