My Brand New Epson Ecotank L3260 Stopped Printing After 2 Months
On September 21, 2025, I purchased an Epson Ecotank L3260 printer from the Vatan Bilgisayar Can Park store. Only two months after buying the device, it began displaying the warning “The ink pad is nearing the end of its service life,” and it completely stopped printing. At this point, I cannot get any output at all.
I tried calling Epson service centers and customer service numerous times, but I was kept on hold for long periods. The representatives I reached sounded like they might be foreign-based; their voices were unclear, and it was difficult to understand what they were saying. When I explained the issue, they told me the part needed to be replaced and that this would be a paid service. I cannot accept being charged for a part failure in a device that is only two months old, and I did not receive a clear answer when I asked, “Then what is the warranty for?”
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated both by the device failing so quickly and by the customer service experience. I request that the part replacement for this issue—occurring in a two-month-old product—be performed urgently, free of charge and fully covered under warranty.
