I bought a Canon G 3430 printer 7 months ago, and this week it started showing error code 5200 during printing. I contacted customer service, and they had me repeatedly perform the ink replacement procedure, which didn’t solve the issue and drained the ink. Even though the printer is still under warranty, they told me to replace the waste ink pad, saying that would fix the problem. I had to pay around ₺450 for the part, but after replacing it, the issue persists. Now I’m out of pocket for the part, and my 7-month-old printer is still unusable. Canon needs to address this problem immediately and provide a proper solution!
