Epic Games Ignored My Documents and Forced Ruble Payments Despite Living in Turkey

I am writing to report the disrespectful and careless attitude I encountered during the support process related to my Epic Games account, which I use on PC. I am currently in Moscow temporarily for professional training, and my permanent residence is in Burhaniye, Balıkesir, Turkey. I want to continue making my payments in Turkish Lira as I always have, but because of my temporary location, I was forced to pay in rubles. In my email correspondence with Epic Games support, I clearly explained in detail that I am only in Moscow temporarily for a 3–4 month training period and that I do not reside there. I attached my residence certificate, provided the requested email confirmation, and shared all necessary information about living in Turkey. Despite this, the response I received stated that I must make payments according to the country I am currently in, as if my explanations and documents had not been read at all. The reply I received felt like an automated response that completely ignored my situation, and the support chat was closed without giving me any chance to reply or clarify further. As a long-time user of the platform, I found it very disrespectful and upsetting that my clear statements, official documents, and good‑faith effort to explain were disregarded in this way. In this process, my payments are in Turkish Lira, and I want this to continue in line with the fact that I actually live in Turkey. The email I generally use for my Epic Games account and support correspondence is 0mehmetbaca**@gmail.com, and the relevant support case ID is 89efed66938e4e32bdaadf2371839e89. I request that Epic Games issue an official apology for this experience and that the support teams act more carefully and respectfully in such situations, by actually reading and evaluating user explanations and documents. I also request that my account be adjusted so that I can make payments in Turkish Lira again, taking into account that my permanent residence is in Turkey, not Moscow.
