I feel completely misled by Epic Games. In January, I purchased S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl for ₺350, but for some vague reason, they refunded the game. Now the game is priced at ₺1500, and when I contacted customer support, they said they couldn’t provide any assistance. This is incredibly frustrating—I bought the game at a reasonable price, and now I’m expected to pay four times more because of a mistake on their end. Epic Games, this situation is unacceptable, and I expect you to either honor the original purchase or offer a proper solution.
