4I received a damaged product from Enza Home, and they directed me to return it via MNG Kargo. It’s been 15 days, and I’m still waiting for the courier to pick up the item. Despite calling multiple times, MNG Kargo has not responded or provided any solution. To make matters worse, Enza Home closed my case, saying the issue was resolved when nothing has been done. It’s impossible to reach the courier company, and I’m stuck with a damaged product. Enza Home, please take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately by ensuring the product is picked up. This situation is unacceptable.
