Enza Home Lento Baza Delivered with Damage – No Resolution After 3.5 Months


I purchased the Lento Baza from Enza Home on June 21, 2024, and it was delivered on June 29, 2024. Upon initial inspection, the product seemed fine, but when I later opened it to clean, I discovered damage to the wood paneling. I immediately informed the branch where I purchased it, and they relayed the issue to the headquarters. A replacement part was ordered, but as of today, October 14, 2024, no one has contacted me, and it's been 3.5 months. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the ongoing delay. I hope Enza Home addresses this issue and resolves my complaint quickly.
