Enza Home Delivered Damaged Bed Base and Delayed Replacement

We purchased a bed base from Enza Home, but during installation, we noticed the bottom panel was cracked. The installation team assured us that the damaged piece would be replaced promptly. However, it has now been over a month, and despite our repeated requests for the legally required replacement, there has been no progress.

Whenever we contact Enza Home to report the issue, we are brushed off with vague promises of quick resolution, but nothing happens. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand we trusted. I demand immediate action to replace the damaged part and restore my confidence in the company. Stop delaying and fulfill your responsibility!
