Enza Home Order Delayed for Over Two Months – No Delivery Date Given

I placed an order with Enza Home on December 5, 2024, and despite waiting for more than two months, my order has still not been delivered. Every time I call customer service, they assure me that it will be delivered "within the week", but nothing happens.

On February 17, 2025, I called again, only to be told that my order is still in the production stage, and they cannot provide a delivery date. How is it possible that an order placed in December still has no timeline for completion?

This lack of transparency and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate update on my order (Order No: 1103333113) and a firm delivery date.
