My Enza Home Order Still Not Delivered And No One Calls Back
I placed a furniture order from Enza Home on 07.09.2025. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was given as 30.10.2025. However, as of today, my product has still not been delivered and it appears that production has not even been completed. Throughout this process, I have contacted both the store and the call center multiple times. There is no proper communication between the store and the head office, so I cannot get clear information. The call center keeps telling me “We will call you back,” but no one ever calls back. I am losing time and my trust in the brand has been seriously damaged. My request: I want to be informed of a clear and definite delivery date for my order, Otherwise, I request the cancellation of my order and a full refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask Enza Home to resolve this situation as soon as possible and to get back to me with a clear and official response.
