I Paid for Envato But Can’t Download Anything — It’s Wasting My Time and Money

I subscribed to Envato Elements on 08.02.2025 and have been using it with a paid plan. However, today, I have not been able to download a single file, despite urgently needing resources for my work. I run a creative advertising agency, and every minute counts — yet I’ve been stuck with this unresolved issue for over 10 hours.

This isn’t just frustrating — it’s a serious disruption to my business. I paid for a service that fails to deliver during critical moments. I expect instant access, not delays that cost me clients and deadlines. What’s worse, I haven’t received any real support or solution despite reaching out.

I demand Envato to resolve this download issue immediately and compensate for the time and productivity I’ve lost. If you market yourselves as a premium resource hub, then you must deliver premium performance and support. Don’t make your paying users regret trusting your platform.
