I Subscribed to Envato Elements for Unlimited Downloads but Faced Download Limits
I subscribed to Envato Elements for one month because they advertise “unlimited downloads”, but that promise turned out to be misleading. After downloading several items, I was suddenly blocked from accessing more content. It appears they’ve placed hidden download limits, which completely defeats the purpose of an “unlimited” plan.
When I subscribed, I was genuinely excited. The platform offers high-quality, original assets, and I was ready to use them in multiple projects. However, encountering this unexpected restriction from such a large and reputable company left me feeling disappointed and misled.
If there is a download quota, it should be clearly stated upfront, not buried in fine print or revealed only after you hit a usage cap. I feel this is deceptive advertising, and I will not be renewing my subscription. I strongly urge anyone considering subscribing to Envato Elements to think twice. What they call "unlimited" is far from it. Envato should be more transparent and revise their marketing to reflect the truth.
