Pegasus Flight Cancellation Refund Cut Complaint For Booking

I purchased a ticket for Pegasus Airlines’ 16.12.2025 Baku–Bodrum flight through Enuygun.com with the reservation code 1GRVUL, paying a total of ₺9,993.98. After my flight was canceled, a refund was issued, but nearly 50% of the amount I paid was deducted, and only ₺4,732.47 was returned to my account. Neither Pegasus nor Enuygun provided any information about this significant deduction—no email, SMS, or in-app explanation was given. I find it both unfair and highly problematic for consumers that such a large amount was deducted without my approval or any clear notification. I request a clear written explanation detailing which items and rules this deduction is based on, and if the deduction is unjustified, I demand that the missing refund amount be paid to me in full without delay.
