Pegasus Refund Issue After Flight Ticket Cancellation

On November 5, 2025, I purchased an economy class flight ticket from Pegasus Airlines for the Istanbul–Germany route through the Obilet app. On November 6, 2025, more than 14 days before the flight, I canceled my ticket. The PNR number of the ticket is 1FMJEB. I completed the cancellation through the Obilet app, where I had purchased the ticket. However, I received an email from Obilet stating that only ₺1,750 of the ₺3,950 I paid would be refunded. I contacted both Obilet and Pegasus customer service—Obilet claimed that Pegasus made the deduction, while Pegasus said the deduction was made by Obilet. I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation for this ₺2,200 deduction. I paid with my credit card, and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. Both parties confirmed that only ₺1,750 would be refunded. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I believe this deduction is unfair. I request a full refund of the ₺3,950 ticket amount.
