Enuygun Charged Me an Unfair Flight Change Penalty

On May 22, 2026, I purchased a Turkish Airlines flight ticket through Enuygun.com for approximately $148 under ticket number 2352522396684. The ticket I purchased was for a flight on May 23, 2026, but later I wanted to change the date to the May 25, 2026 flight departing at 4:05 PM.

When I called Enuygun.com customer service on the same day at approximately 10:30 PM, I was told that there would be no issue changing the ticket as long as the request was made more than 12 hours before the flight. However, I was also informed that I would need to pay an additional penalty/change fee of approximately $76. At that moment, the new ticket I wanted was displayed in the system at approximately $100, yet despite already having paid around $148 for my original ticket, instead of refunding the price difference, Enuygun demanded and charged an extra $76 from my credit card. As a result, I effectively ended up paying nearly $227 for a ticket that was actually priced at only around $100.

When I contacted Turkish Airlines regarding this issue, they directed me back to Enuygun.com. I consider this practice extremely unfair and harmful to consumers. I request that Enuygun.com refund the approximately $76 penalty/change fee they charged me even though the replacement ticket was already cheaper than my original booking.

Because of this experience, I no longer wish to purchase tickets or make reservations through Enuygun.com in the future, and I also do not intend to recommend the platform to people around me.
