Enuygun.com Refuses to Cancel My Hotel Reservation

“Thank you, my refund has been processed.”

I made a reservation through Enuygun.com on December 15, 2024, for Tash Mekan Alacati, with a check-in date of December 29 and check-out on December 31. When I attempted to cancel the reservation, Enuygun’s customer service representative instructed me to contact the hotel directly for approval. Following their advice, I spoke with the hotel manager, who confirmed the cancellation and provided their name as approval. However, they informed me that since the payment hadn’t yet been processed by them, I needed to handle the refund through Enuygun.

I relayed this information to Enuygun, and they claimed to be in contact with the hotel, assuring me the process was moving forward. Despite this, I have yet to receive a cancellation confirmation or refund. With the reservation date looming tomorrow, I am raising this complaint to prevent any further issues.

I am urgently requesting Enuygun.com to approve my cancellation and process my refund immediately. My reservation number is 5448690.
