On February 22, 2024, I faced an issue during the reservation process when I reached the payment step. The page showed an error message stating that the transaction failed and suggested trying again with a different card but did not offer any details about the reservation. After reviewing my account transactions, I noticed that the fee was still pending. Upon my initial contact with customer service, they stated that I had entered the security code incorrectly and suggested that I call the bank. When I called the bank, they assured me that everything was fine and asked for the reference code and transaction approval code for the payment that was processed. Upon reaching out to Enuygun.com customer service once more, several representatives mentioned experiencing similar issues with reservations. I was told to send an email to the accounting department, and the call ended suddenly. I have already sent the email but have not yet received any response regarding the refund or completion of my reservation. I couldn't book a hotel room. Since we were looking to purchase tickets for the final day of the vacation, there was a chance that tickets might sell out. I am facing a major inconvenience! I need to quickly get information about the refund sent to me via email! I won't be returning to this website! They lack professionalism!
