Enuygun.com Took My Payment but My Mylome Luxury Resort Booking Didn’t Exist

Attention! enuygun.com Reservation Nightmare! Our vacation reservation made on enuygun.com with booking number 538694469 on December 8, 2024, as two families turned out to be a complete disaster! We paid for our stay at Mylome Luxury Resort Antalya scheduled between March 30 and April 4, 2025, but when we contacted the hotel, we were shocked to find out that our reservation did not exist. According to the response from enuygun.com, the hotel allegedly did not accept the booking. Even more shocking, enuygun.com claimed that the reason was because we are "Turkish" customers! If the hotel did not accept the reservation, then why was our payment taken? Are we not supposed to trust the information displayed on your website? Is it a case of “pay first, and if it works out, great; if not, too bad”? Additionally, a representative from Mylome Luxury Resort responded by implying that they are not responsible for the pricing information listed on online platforms like enuygun.com. They claimed that the prices were arbitrarily determined by the website without their input. However, it’s well known that agreements are made between such platforms and the hotels. It’s unacceptable for such an issue to arise, especially when we booked during the last day of the early reservation period. Should we as customers accept such an explanation? This reasoning is completely unconvincing and far from professional! To summarize: enuygun.com is nothing more than a platform selling dreams. The prices and packages displayed on their website are entirely misleading. Even if you make a payment, your booking is not guaranteed! You could find yourself stranded at the hotel door despite having a confirmation. The situation reflects a severe lack of communication and customer care between the agency and the hotel. As evident from our experience, this leads to significant customer dissatisfaction and inconvenience. Avoid enuygun.com and Mylome Luxury Resort Antalya at all costs! These companies seem to prioritize exploiting customers over delivering a reliable service. When planning your vacation, I strongly advise using more trustworthy platforms. Unlike us, do your research thoroughly when you come across these names (enuygun.com + Mylome Luxury Resort).
