Enuygun.com Refuses Rental Car Refund After Flight Diverts!
I rented a car for 4 days from Enuygun.com and paid with my credit card. I was supposed to pick up the car from Izmir and return it there. However, my Pegasus flight from Ankara to Izmir was diverted to Bodrum due to unfavorable weather conditions at Izmir airport. I explained the situation to the rental branch of the same company in Bodrum, but they said I needed to rent a car again and they couldn't help. When I called Enuygun.com customer service, they asked me to provide a document from Pegasus Airlines explaining the situation. I had to rent a car again and pay extra. After 3 weeks of contacting Pegasus, I finally got the necessary document and forwarded it to Enuygun.com, but I didn't receive any response. I expected a refund of the full amount or at least a partial refund since I couldn't pick up the car from Izmir airport due to force majeure. My expectation was two-fold; either they would charge me the difference and provide a car, or they would deduct the fee for only 1 day instead of 4 and refund the rest.
