My Pegasus Car Rental Booking Canceled Due to Credit Score

After purchasing a flight ticket on the Pegasus Airlines website, I also booked a one-day car rental through their site. Upon arrival at Konya Airport, I was informed that my reservation was canceled due to an insufficient credit score. I trusted the rental process because it was on the Pegasus site and believed it was handled by Sixt, but later found out it was through CarTrawler, a foreign company I had never heard of. When I requested a refund for the service I couldn’t use, I was directed to CarTrawler, but they refused to issue a refund.

I feel let down by Pegasus, as I made this booking trusting their brand. Instead, I ended up being misled and disappointed by their partners and suppliers, resulting in financial loss for a service I never used.
