I reached out to Enterprise after finishing my journey in Ankara to inform them about my sunglasses that I accidentally left in the car's compartment. Even though I gave them the plate number and checked for lost items, they insisted that they didn't find any sunglasses. I'm pretty sure I left them behind, but sadly, I have no way to prove it. It's disappointing that a company of their size doesn't make the protection of customers' forgotten items a top priority.
