Enterprise Maltepe Didn't Honor My Toyota Corolla Hybrid Reservation, Poor Customer Service

On September 26, 2024, at 3:38 PM, I made a reservation (552611) through Enterprise's website for a Toyota Corolla Hybrid automatic (or similar) to be picked up from the Maltepe branch from September 28 to October 1. However, on September 28 at 11:18 AM, I received a call from an Enterprise employee, Y**, informing me that the reserved vehicle, or anything similar, was unavailable. Instead, they offered me a manual gasoline Ford Focus, which I declined as I specifically needed an automatic car. Despite calling customer service three times, my issue remained unresolved. After being needlessly put on hold for 45 minutes, they canceled my reservation without my consent and refunded me. Their website clearly states that if the reserved vehicle or similar is unavailable, a higher-class vehicle should be provided at no extra cost. However, they tried to charge me for an upgrade, and customer service rep Ö even claimed this rule no longer applied. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with Enterprise. I will never use their services again. Thankfully, Budget helped resolve my issue!
