Faulty Ford Focus Rental and Poor Service from Enterprise
I had a Ford Focus rental reservation with Enterprise to pick up from their Ankara Esenboğa office. When I called ahead to confirm, I was told no Ford Focus was available, and I had to go to the Ankara Train Station office to get a Toyota Corolla Cross instead. Upon arrival, a representative informed me that the Corolla Cross would incur an extra charge. After refusing to pay, they found a Ford Focus available after all.
I took the car, but while driving, I noticed severe shaking and vibrations when braking, indicating it was clearly unsafe for a long journey. I called the office immediately, but they couldn't offer a solution. After multiple attempts to contact the Esenboğa office for another vehicle, I was told no suitable replacements were available unless I paid more for an upgrade.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. I couldn’t continue my journey and was left without proper assistance. I’ve rented cars from various companies before, but this was by far the worst experience. I’ll never rent from Enterprise again.
