On August 5, 2024, I rented a car from Enterprise for 14 days, but I encountered several issues with the vehicle. First, the car was delivered without a tire inflation kit and solution. I only realized this when the tire pressure decreased, and an error appeared on the screen. Additionally, the airbag cover on the driver's door had a broken clip, causing it to keep coming off throughout the rental period. The rear of the car was also missing the tow hook cover.
This vehicle was supposed to be an upgrade to compensate for the problems I faced during my last rental with Enterprise over Kurban Bayramı when the left rear window control was broken. Despite being told I was getting a better vehicle, I still encountered issues. The car had 65,000 km on it, which is quite high for a rental from a company claiming to be a professional and reputable firm.
