Enterprise Car Rental Charges for Minor Scratch

After I dropped off the rental car at Adnan Menderes Airport, I happened to spot a scratch on the right side. The Enterprise representative inquired about an incident report, to which I promptly acknowledged observing it at that moment. Unfortunately, because of my urgency to catch a flight, I was unable to visit the police station and file a report. However, to my surprise, Enterprise charged my credit card ₺24,300 without my knowledge or consent, and to make matters worse, they failed to refund my deposit! It is completely unacceptable to charge such a high price for a small scratch, especially on a car that was already damaged.
