The Enterprise representative inquired about an incident report, to which I promptly acknowledged observing it at that moment. Unfortunately, because of my urgency to catch a flight, I was unable to visit the police station and file a report. However, to my surprise, Enterprise charged my credit card ₺24,300 without my knowledge or consent, and to make matters worse, they failed to refund my deposit!
