EnjoyTravel Car Rental Overcharged Me at Sarajevo Airport

I booked a rental car through EnjoyTravel.com via Skyscanner, selecting a pickup at Sarajevo Airport. I paid in full upfront. Before my trip, I emailed to confirm permission to cross the Montenegro border, and they said it would cost an extra €60. However, when I arrived at the Otocar office, they refused to honor this and demanded I pay an additional €228.77 for insurance—or I wouldn’t be allowed to drive to Montenegro. This was never disclosed beforehand!

EnjoyTravel took no responsibility and refused to help. These companies are scamming travelers, charging hidden fees after taking our money. I had to rent elsewhere for €200, covering everything. Avoid EnjoyTravel and Otocar—don’t fall into this trap!
