My Emporio Armani Shoes Rejected Without Proper Inspection

I purchased a pair of shoes for my partner from Akasya Armani and took them to the Vadi Istanbul branch for inspection. They insisted it was a mistake on our part, but it's hard to see how we could have made a mistake in our usage. The shoes were hardly used, and my partner isn't particularly active on foot. In the past, we sent in a sweater that was once again rejected, with the reason being user error. Everything is labeled as user error without any thorough inspection to prevent having to replace anything. It's not a mistake on the user's part; we spend a significant amount of money. Here we go again, facing the same problem as always.
