Emporio Armani Bag Return Request Denied After 5 Days of Use

I purchased a bag from Emporio Armani for my wife, and to our disappointment, we noticed peeling on the edge after only 5 days. We returned the item to the store, where a staff member informed us that they would send it to headquarters for inspection. After 10 days, they notified us that the return was not approved. After reaching out to the headquarters (Çetin Family), I was informed by the staff that returns for accessories are not permitted. The bag was quite expensive, and the buyer paid for it in cash.
