Emporio Armani Product Showed Color Fading and They Did Not Accept It as a Defect


Six months ago, I bought an Emporio Armani product and have since observed that the interior is experiencing colour fading. I reported this to the optical store where I made my purchase, and they sent it for inspection, which took 21 days. When it was returned, they stated that the problem was caused by "scratches from usage." Nonetheless, as illustrated in the attached visual, there are no scratches present, and the colour fading is evidently not due to normal wear and tear. It's disappointing to see a well-respected brand like Emporio Armani not support its product in these circumstances. I am seeking a thorough explanation and a resolution, as this experience falls short of the quality and reliability anticipated from a brand of this standing.
