Ella Bonna Summer Slippers Fall Apart After Few Wears! Warranty Ignored

In August, I bought summer slippers for my daughter from the Ella Bonna website. When the weather cooled down in November, I began putting them on her. After a few wears, the seams began to tear. When I raised this issue with the company, they stated that the warranty and return period had already ended. Other than storing the product in its box until the right season, there were no other problems. It seems like they view it more as a temporary issue rather than a flaw in the product. Is it a good idea to purchase summer items on sale now and store them for next year? It's quite perplexing. If they choose to be responsive, they have the ability to do so. It seems like we're wasting our money...

The Ella Bona company has evaluated my complaint and resolved my issue. I thank them.
